The sūtra also teaches that concepts like birth, death, purity, or impurity are just ideas created by the mind. Once we realise that everything is #interconnected & lacks fixed essence, we become free from suffering, because we stop clinging to things as if they’re solid & unchanging.

Scientists at The Human Genome Project have shown us that all humans, regardless of their background, share 99.9% of their genetic makeup. The very small fraction of genetic variation that does exist is mostly found within geographic populations, not between groups defined by “race.” In fact, only a tiny portion, about 1/200th of 1%, of our genetic differences has been used to categorise people into the commonly recognised “racial” groups.
#ZenBuddhism teaches that dualism & boundaries are illusions created by the #mind. Concepts like ‘self & other,’ ‘good & bad,’ or ‘clothed & #Naked’ are arbitrary distinctions imposed by thought. #Mukyōhō embodies this by rejecting hierarchies & divisions, seeing all as #interconnected. In reality, there is no separation — only direct #experience. By dissolving these constructs, one realises the world as it is, without barriers or limits.
