I got a #Georgian 🇬🇪 cookbook as a present recently and yesterday we finally made khinkali. (One of my favourite dishes!)

They won’t win a beauty contest, but they were really tasty, and more than anything, I’m really eager to keep improving. 😋

I love this idea! Rebecca Romney, who wrote Jane Austen’s Bookshelf, has curated an exhibition showcasing the women authors Austen read and loved during her lifetime. Of course, this means I need to track down these authors for myself!
