Ok, I want to offer a #prize/ #reward for something I need doing.
Used to be I'd get Walmart or Amazon gift cards, but those - Amazon especially - are shit and I don't wanna give Bozo any more money.

What are some "good" (#FairWage , good #DEI, #lgbt+ policies) retail chains that have adequate coverage in most #urban areas or online in North America? Groceries, books, something else?

I'm looking at the Ursula K. Le Guin prize for fiction nominating form (ursulakleguin.com/prize-nomina) and this description sounds pretty #SolarPunk :

"The Prize will be given to a writer whose work reflects the concepts and ideas that were central to Ursula’s own work, including but not limited to: hope, equity, and freedom; non-violence and alternatives to conflict; and a holistic view of humanity’s place in the natural world."

- A book-length work of imaginative fiction written by a single author.
- Published in the U.S. in English or in translation to English.
