@dhedgehog A #RiceCooker that I used for over 40 years died a year or so ago & I just went back to the #OldWays & cook my rice now on the #StoveTop like my mother taught me how to do over 60 years ago.
I use the #KnuckleMethod to measure the water.
I use a 4qt pot. Add 3 cups of long grain rice. Pour water in/out til it just touches my knuckles & put it on the stove top.
Just takes 25 mins on low heat & it's all done. Never burnt. Never over or under cooked.
Don't need a "stinking" rice cooker. Besides I've got too many #KitchenAppliances already. LOL!
