Just saw the new #universal #movie #wolfman, by the same director who did the #invisibleman. Not what I was expecting, in a good way, and pretty refreshing plot beats and story. Twist ending predictable. Characters were flat, and dialog was middling. Special effects were A++. I'm going to take a run at the #theme: while you may not be able to out run the baggage and trauma of your youth, you can choose a different ending.

#Wolfman could have been better.

I like this take on a werewolf story. It's an interresting direction. And the movie is worth a view if you're interested in a new take.

Now, alot of this was not executed as well as it could be. Some better setups, more characterization, & a bit better edit. Acting needed help too. So much -just- a step away from very good.

Still scary. Still about something. Still new. Still worth a look. Allllmost there.
