You can find out a lot on LinkedIn, including very possibly which politician one of the people named in the Integrity Commissioner's recent compliance notice "had a long history of a close relationship (with), including significant personal, work and political connections."

It can be a good idea to have a LinkedIn account even if the place rather horrifies you.

Send your feedback on Ford's proposed bill to get rid of the Ontario Endangered Species Act:
Proposed interim changes to the Endangered Species Act, 2007 and a proposal for the Species Conservation Act, 2025
The Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 is proposing to make immediate amendments to the ESA and would later repeal the ESA and enact the new Species Conservation Act, 2025 (SCA), once proclaimed. #onpoli #environment #NeverVoteConservative

ero.ontario.caProposed interim changes to the Endangered Species Act, 2007 and a proposal for the Species Conservation Act, 2025 | Environmental Registry of OntarioThe current approach to the protection and conservation of species at risk is complicated, takes too long to complete, and causes unnecessary delays and costs for housing, transit, and critical infrastructure. This proposal introduces a new approach.

I took this photo of former farmland near Stratford a few days ago.

Similar 'development' by many small towns out this way.

Feels weird finding hunks of Mississauga or Vaughn or Oakville in these little places.

As to 'affordability' ... totally!*

* if you've got steady/paid-enough work and savings for downpayment and a mortgage typically not below $650k; if not, please get your bicycle out of my two F150s' way thank you kindly

With dug ford's "environmental rollbacks" and totally "weakening Ontario's conservation laws," he's just done to the whole province what he tried to do the the Greenbelt.... and it looks like he's getting away with it. 🤢
