Today, three hours of #Shodokan #Aikido (#Tomiki) basics. It’s a structured form of aikido by Kenji Tomiki, who also created the self defence kata for #judo (and was a high ranking judoka as well as aikidoka). A less known form of aikido, Shodokan includes randori and even optional competition (though Juha-Matti always emphasises that is just one form of training, not the end goal).
