I namedrop HIA in this review, hearing similarities to the old ambient dub bleep style and all. At the time, I wasn't aware that style had been burbling in the perifery for some time, though would soon learn of it diving into Lee Norris' various projects.
Meanwhile, Cosmic Replicant became another fav', and was stunned to discover just how diverse he could get.

Often find myself returning to this one, a really great EP.

Wherein I *finally* jumped on the Silent Season bandwagon, where I would remain until the label's current hiatus. Seraphim also used his debut on the print to launch his own self-release label, carrying on to this day. Man, is that ever an intriguing looking Bandcamp page...

Dang, I was doubly prophetic here, predicting ol' Zabs appearing on the Balance series too. Shame there's no way to make money on predicting J.Z.'s career trajectory.
