We spent the weekend with members of The Earthbuilders Guild (TEG) in Albuquerque, a wonderful collective of largely indigenous earthen home builders. So inspiring! We stayed in a beautiful home and studied another that is under construction.

Building with local materials and design is the way. No concrete—horrible for the planet to produce and transport. Naturally cool in summer, warm in winter. Earth building is an ancient highly refined tech, so beautiful and embracing.
