when a salesman say to you this is the 'best deal' that is not a meaningful legally binding statement but rather just a sales pitch.... so we'll need to remember that as their colleagues rubbish Cash ISAs & say we'd be better off with stock & shares ISAs.

Cos' clearly the FCA's doing nothing to help us!
