Now the oil firms involved *and* the Govt. (if not the one that granted the licenses), admit that the Rosebank & Jackdaw North Sea exploration licenses involved an 'error in law' & were approved unlawfully.
The firms (understandably) want this to be set aside so they can continue exploitation of the fields... but, it would send a pretty bad message if the Court confirms the judgement but the Labour Govt. allows them to continue.
What price the Rule of Law?
