WordPress/Jetpack finally launched an integrated newsletter feature!
You can subscribe here and every new post will go directly to your inbox — just like Substack, et al, without the dirty feeling of supporting a proud Nazi Bar.

Here's the info on the Jetpack newsletter feature.
Oddly, I can't find it in my Jetpack dashboard yet, but you can access some of the settings in Settings > Reading and Jetpack > Subscribers. Both are more easily viewed in the Wordpress.com dashboard than your primary site admin, which makes me think they may have announced it prematurely.
