On his way out the door, husband gently told me that he would rather come home and have me tell him I spent the entire day completing an Assassin's Creed Discovery Tour than have me pour out anxious news tidbits as soon as he steps inside.
Since this is also what I want, and it is essentially permission to spend the entire day playing video games, I think it is good.
And seriously? Even if you don't want to play Assassin's Creed the game, the Discovery Tours of at least Origins (Ptolomaic Egypt) and Odyssey (Classical Greece) are available as *separate programs* you can get.
Controls don't matter too much since you're not going for lethal precision, and you can even ignore all the actual built-in educational tours and just run around and look at the beauty.
Highly recommend.
Here! Have a taste!
