If you're considering Labour's engagement with workers' rights, you might focus on legislation on workers' rights currently working its way through Parliament.... or you might look at how the Cabinet Office treats its cleaning staff, an outsourced underpaid workforce who are currently about to strike for better terms & conditions.
As they say: actions speak louder than words.... the CO is using outsourced contracts to distance itself from its workforce!

A friend of mine works for the dhss, he and others have to claim benefits to make up for the poor pay.
This is ridiculous as it all comes from the same pot in the end
