Quelqu'un•e pour me conseiller de bons bouchons d'oreilles ?
J'en utilise en mousse, jetables, pour dormir, car la voisine de lit émet une large gamme de sons fort intéressants dont l'étude me garde éveillé et attentif ce qui n'est pas toujours idéal.
Je me dis qu'il doit exister des solutions à la fois plus économiques et plus écologiques, peut-être même plus confortables que les bouchons oranges de Casto ou les trucs en mousse hors de prix qu'on trouve en pharmacie.
Voilà.
Le repouet garantit un sommeil profond et réparateur !
