A glance at the linked page suggests that "Thank you, Jesus/Yeah, I'm so lucky" lines were not just examples of English words and phrases being inserted without much thought to their meaning.

Some questions occur to me:

- I know that Christianity has a following in South Korea that it does not have, for example, in Japan. Are Christians in the Kpop industry represented in proportion to their presence in the South Korean population, or are they over represented?

- Usually Kpop songs are free of anything that might be politically or religiously controversial. I'm not too sure about some of the combinations of frills with athletic wear here, but this is hardly the first kpop video with what strikes me as a flaw.

I've never heard of "Goldilocks water" before. My immediate reaction was it sounded like some Summer of Love Bay Area name for a liquid psychedelic. Perhaps the words "golden state" in the lyrics triggered me...

Another annoying Johnny Cash live at a prison album is listened to, and I check out SAY MY NAME's debut EP.
