#MorningAll.

I’m up a bit earlier than usual #today, as need to get to the Rush-hour Resistance Rally in about an hour. That’s the local mid-week morning #rally I’ve started. Should be a nice and cool morning for it. More info at rhrr.us if you do mornings in central #Phoenix.

After that, I have a recording session, then an unstructured afternoon before the train comes and forces me to lift heavy things many times.

Als 1978 auch Nina Hagen ein Punk-Album mit deutschen Texten veröffentlicht, ist das eine Sensation. Die Jugend hört damals vor allem englischsprachige Pop- und Rockmusik. Deutsch wird bis auf wenige Ausnahmen nur beim Schlager gesungen. Sie gilt als kreativste Phase in der Geschichte der deutschen Popmusik - die Neue Deutsche Welle. Warum stieg die NDW Anfang der 1980er-Jahre so kometenhaft auf, um dann bald wieder zu verglühen?

In despair because my son decided to turn on the AC today is the day we had to turn it on because today is the first 100° day unfortunately every single year it gets earlier and earlier we have to turn on the AC. I was really happy that we did good just opening the windows and having the fans but today is just horrible and we realize that even though last year it was April 15 to turn on the AC now it is April 10 and that is stretching it.#Phoenix #Arizona #AC

I’m also having a rough time from the medication infusion yesterday. I was told a side effect could be much more joint pain. Oh my yes. So I can’t stand at present but does make it to my cardiologist at 8:15. Unfortunately I scalded my left hand from boiling percolator coffee today. I was just going to pour the extra in the thermos for tomorrow. Over 1st degree but only partly to second degree burn. Some days are just not great!
