It is difficult to train in the heat, but easy to watch TV in the air-conditioned living room. With the registration on my mind, I avoid becoming a couch potato during the summer. The heat in Tw is dangerous, even a moron knows, but despite that and against medical advice, I do endurance training in the heat and there is a scientific background.
