ピゴスパ<p>I was never an avid <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/Twitter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Twitter</span></a> user, so "switching" to <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/Mastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Mastodon</span></a> during the <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/eXit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>eXit</span></a> movement was quite easy (my last tweet was from mid 2020, and there where only 12 answers to other posts form 2020 till my switch to here in 2022).</p><p>However, getting rid of the <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/Meta" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Meta</span></a> services feels more difficult. Non the less, I made that cut now, as well, and am quite proud of myself for it.</p><p>On the way, I found a service that is not part of the <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fediverse</span></a> but as a <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/opensource" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>opensource</span></a> product with <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/selfhosting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>selfhosting</span></a> capability at least in the close vincinity; </p><p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mstdn.social/@linkstack" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>linkstack</span></a></span> is a replacement for the proprietary and profit-oriented LinkTree. You can run a <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/selfhosted" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>selfhosted</span></a> instance of it, or choose from one of the nearly 20 different public instances listed at their website. I'm loving it, so far - and especially now, while switching away from all my proprietary social networks it is a great help to poiting people with one single link, to where they can find you in future.</p><p>Plus - as many other (proprietary) services do not yet support links to mastodon, pixelfed, and others ( <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/LinkStack" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>LinkStack</span></a> btw *does*!), but all of them usually have a homepage field, this is the one URL that will help you out in these instances.</p><p>Here's mine <a href="https://linksta.cc/@pygospa" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">linksta.cc/@pygospa</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>
