Made it thru #helpLine first tier, but my Q req'd someone w specific expertise, and so I was back into a queue with "wait times less than 30min." Ugh.
But yay - it was only a minute then I was on to someone again.
…and they had to go look stuff up.
Top tip for phone support people - if you heard my question, say something. I asked a question then it's just silence… "Hello - are you there?"
"Yes, I'm here, I just have to look that up."
Anyway, problem solved. 25min not too bad, all told.
