5/5 I'm surprised as anyone to hear myself saying this, but perhaps for the first time in my life, I find myself with an immense amount of respect for Microsoft, for swallowing up a little indie gaming studio like Mojang and a fascinating game like #Minecraft, but then continuing their original obsessive focus so much on simply "creating a vibe." These new #firefly #bushes that can now be naturally found everywhere really add to that vibe, along with everything else that's come recently. END

What do you know -- another Saturday night of getting #high and playing #Minecraft, then coming over to Mastodon and posting a #thread about what I did! Tonight, a look at my little-girl-like delight and love over the latest update's introduction of #firefly #bushes, a new particle effect that adds a magical and fairylike quality to any build. #Falcon1 failed three times before tasting success. #Spectrum is somewhat larger and more capable than Falcon 1, with performance in line with #Firefly's Alpha rocket.

The fully assembled Spectrum rocket stands about 28 meters 📏 tall and measures more than 2 meters in diameter. The expendable launcher is designed to haul payloads up to 1 metric ton (2,200 pounds) into #LEO arstechnica.com/space/2025/03/
