There ought to be a better term than noblebright for the opposite of grimdark. We need something that rolls off the tongue just as well as grimdark. Maybe it's just me, but noblebright feels clunky and has too many 'b' sounds right together.

While I'm at it, what would some comps be for noblebright fantasy and science fiction?

Writers! Term is over and I can dip into a fantasy of having free time until it re-starts in January. I have a pipe dream of setting up a writers retreat but really I have only read and seen love actually more times than I should.
So...
Have you retreated? What was it like? What would you want it to have, or not have? Were there lots of people (Tamara Drew) or was it a solo retreat (Colin Firth in LA)? Etc. Etc.
