Railmaps
Today's historic photo of the day: 38 years ago today, VLine diesel N467 hauls a Melbourne-bound Maryvale Paper #train through Maryvale Exchange Siding, east of Morwell, Vic, April 17 1987.

Morwell is in Victoria's Latrobe Valley region, 144km east of Melbourne on the railway to Traralgon, Bairnsdale and Orbost. Maryvale siding is on the eastern side of town where the broad gauge Maryvale Tramway branches from the main line and travels a few km north to a Paper Mill, owned at that time by APM.
