Matthew Cheney<p>I liked the new HBO documentary mini-series &quot;Telemarketers&quot; a lot. It&#39;s a great example of how to center a story on exploited and/or marginalized people rather than the rich &amp; powerful. It&#39;s funny, infuriating, and ultimately heartwarming. I did not expect it to be as compelling as it was.</p><p>So I wrote about it here: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/telemarketers-88519512" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">patreon.com/posts/telemarketer</span><span class="invisible">s-88519512</span></a></p><p><a href="https://zirk.us/tags/HBO" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>HBO</span></a> <a href="https://zirk.us/tags/Telemarketers" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Telemarketers</span></a> <a href="https://zirk.us/tags/film" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>film</span></a></p>
