Today, I have a real treat for all of you. This is a huge list of full operas from 1901 to 1956, complete with links to most. Despite my own preference for bel canto and lighter works, I have included all sorts of performances for you to enjoy, covering evrything from Mozart to verismo. While most are Italian, some are in French, German, and even English! If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to make them, but try to keep them from the 1950's or earlier. Since the list is so large, I am providing the link to my Dreamwidth entry containing it, so as not to clutter this page.

En casa después de un largo ensayo. Mañana el doble de trabajo, ensayo a la italiana al mediodía y ensayo general con vestuario medieval (como el que llevo puesto) a la tarde.
Estamos ultimando los ensayos de cara al estreno, el sábado que viene, de la tragicomedia lírica "Don Quijote, En Un Lugar De La Mente". Este fin de semana y los días siguientes serán cruciales para que todo quede limpio (canto y escenas) de cara a la función.
Joseph Wilson is a father, composer, librettist, singer, songwriter, pianist, art curator, and writer. He’s also incarcerated for murder. He learned music theory through workshops and became an opera composer who earned his stripes by singing for boisterous crowds of his fellow inmates. He tells his story through @marshallproj:
