Steve's Place<p>I live not too far from this freeway. It's our own little Disneyland of sliding cars and trucks at this time of year.</p><p>If there is one thing you can always count on, it's that Oregon drivers have no idea wtf they are doing when it snows or gets icy. Not a clue. I finally learned how to drive on snow and ice to protect myself from the rest of you. No offense. You're awesome drivers 11 months out of they year. February is not your good side.</p><p>Last night, Rip City WrapUp (also written as Wrap-Up and Wrapup because we are Portland) got into a riff about why Oregon drivers just abandon their cars on the roadway when it snows.
