Said to remove calcification and assist with the breakdown and removal of very old issues. I find it works wonders for clarity and energy levels. It can be surprisingly energizing and most people might prefer it earlier in the day.</p><p>Lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis), beloved of the honeybee.
