War heute echt busy:
Hab die Hälfte vom #Home-Office 💻geschafft, war eine gute Stunde unten im Beet 🌿🌾🌸 und hab ein wenig (!!) aufgeräumt und hab wieder #Pilates 💪🏼gemacht. Jetzt zum 3. Mal nach vielen Wochen ohne Muckitraining und es ging heute recht gut. Allerdings bin ich ziemlich sicher, dass mein rechter Arm nicht wirklich wieder ganz in Ordnung kommt. Da wurden wohl ein.paar kleinere Sehnen bei der OP zerstört. Aber wichtig ist, dass ich irgendwann die Schmerzen komplett loswerde. 😉🍀🍀🍀🎈
