John Schrag<p>I’m disappointed this morning to hear that the Don River has flooded Bayview Avenue again. I thought that opening the new mouth of the Don last year and the wetlands there was supposed to prevent that from happening. </p><p>On the other hand, I see that the flooding is up above Rosedale Valley road, rather than in the lower Don.
