@jillgalvan if I may, I’m interested if you’ve ever encountered intersections between #realism and the #occult? In modern #chinese realistic fiction there are a remarkable number of #uncanny moments that are usually ignored or go unexplored because modern Chinese cultural discourse is supposedly dominated by #rationality or #objectivity.
