Arrived home, after a weekend of mishaps and accidents. Of course has lost my bag. The app says it's still in NJ, the service clerk said I should wait a little longer, and then the baggage carousel broke and baggage was rerouted.

Bag still didn't show up, I'm in line to report it, the service rep is chatting with another customer about a concert she saw in Boston. Wife's waiting to pick me up.

My suitcase never turned up, but the cust.serv. realized she lives only eight blocks for me. Nothing like a little friendly trivia to take the edge off losing 30 copies of three books and irreplaceable artwork, ha ha.

claims they will ship the suitcase to me when they find it. I hope I get it back, but if not, I look forward to becoming a firebrand.
