i was trying to think of another brand that has had wide spread massive demonstration against it. i can’t think of any on the scale Tesla has had, where it feels more general than distinct activist groups. everything else has been boycot campaigns or extreme acts like the Boots bombings in the UK by an animal rights group.
i find this very hopeful. more than just silently ‘voting with your wallet’ - agency and action

@Paperposts Bud Light in the US, but not for any reason that makes any amount of sense. The protestors used it as a proxy to hate on trans people.
