I've found that following a pattern helps me spend less time in #ExecutiveDysfunction or #FOMO #reading hell.
I read a non-fiction work, a fiction work, then something I remember fondly and/or want to experience reading again as an adult. Repeat.
So far, I'm starting new #books much easier. There is far less worry about losing track of a book I want to read or finding the "perfect" order because any new book on my list can always be, at most, a few books away if it interests me.
Also, if you like #reading or following along with others' reading, I'm on #Bookwyrm (https://bookwyrm.social/user/OtterForce), #StoryGraph (https://app.thestorygraph.com/profile/otterforce), and #Goodreads (https://www.goodreads.com/otterforcemedia). Always fun to find #SciFi or #Fantasy readers—particularly #SpaceOpera of the non-military vein, #Hopepunk, and queer or female lead #UrbanFantasy. Most nonfiction tends to be #business, #psychology, or #sociology related with a smattering of #history.
Welcome to boost to find me more reading friends :)
