Did a change in Govt. prompt a shift in Home Office attitudes to migrants?

Well, not really....

The Home Office seems to have been encouraging (and incentivising) Brazillians to return home - although there are clearly question about how voluntary such deportations are...

I guess they've targeted Brazillians as their deportation will (rightly or wrongly) not get tied up with questions about human right in the returnees country?

@ChrisMayLA6 unless they are outnumbered by guards on the plane or secured you wouldn’t want a plane load of unwilling passengers as too dangerous
