Transparency International reckons that at least 10% of all money donated to the major political parties comes from dubious sources, and that's before taking account for benefits in kind enjoyed by various MPs & ministers.
the Q. is: what are people getting for this money, because they sure as hell aren't giving it way out of the goodness of their hearts?

@ChrisMayLA6 ONLY 10% ??!!! .. Man this is like that Bloom County comic strip .. "Finally after 5 years of fighting and 100 Billions of ( taxpayer ) money spent the government managed to seize 1% of the Scalp Tonic illegally produced with dire consequences for the makers" .. next strip Milo shouting "INCREASE PRICES by 1% !" ... In Italy is ( theoretically ) regulated and well checked as well .. hell knows how much of that 90% of money they legally get is NOT from dubious sources or for what 
In fairness they're saying 'at least' 10%... as the article suggests, there may be a lot more....
