I'm going to say its just a little bit ironic that the Daily Mail has used the European Court of Human Rights to successfully sue for a reduction in damages it is having to pay to victims of its practices over the years.....

Its one of those things that makes you think there is little point in poetical satire any longer....

The Guardian · Daily Mail publisher wins ECHR case against ‘success fees’ paid to lawyersBy Haroon Siddique

@ChrisMayLA6 I’ll believe the Daily Heil has human rights when somebody executes it in Texas.

@ChrisMayLA6
I would be delighted if this pushed the Daily Fail to launch a campaign for an adequate & robust Legal Aid system to allow everyone full access to the courts while making "no win, no fee" arrangement completely redundant. Not going to hold my breath though.

@HighlandLawyer
