The FT is warning that a continuing divergence of regulatory structures & practices between the UK & the EU will lead to what they are terming 2.0.

For many its not just the immediate introduction of the much delayed border-checks/charges that is the issue, but the increasing need to treat the UK & EU as completely separate markets from the regulatory standpoint.

If you wanted an example of Non-Tariff-Barriers to trade, you will be spoilt for examples in the next 5yrs!
