He's focusing on the shareholding base in the UK which has shrunk, with only 12% if UK shares held by UK citizens as opposed to around 50% sixty years ago.

But, actually Norman has hit upon a much bigger truth - the idea that work for society now has little credence, leaving many feeling firms are parasite on society & self-serving!
