As the #LabourParty starts (ahead of the next election) to rethink its position on #tuitionfees (having, like the LibDems before them stepped back from a promise to abolition them), here are my thoughts on how we might best understand the discussion of funding students' attendance at #university (both tuition fees & living costs)
